1. Is Alliance Bougainvillea approved by CMDA? Can we have the approval copy?
Yes, Alliance Bougainvillea is approved by CMDA and you can have the copy of the same.

2. Are the titles clear and can we see the documents/legal opinion? Is the property converted to residential purpose?
Yes, the titles are clear and free from litigation. You can inspect the document. Yes the property is converted to residential purpose.

3. Where is this project located?
Alliance Bougainvillea is situated in Porur and is about 1.5kms from Ramachandra Medical college and 0.8 kms from the Mount Poonamallee High Road, off Porur Junction.

4. What is the booking amount?
Rs.500000/- (Five Lakh rupees only)

5. What are the cancellation charges after booking?
Rs.50000 shall be deducted.

6. Do we get any special discount if the entire payment is made at one time?
Yes this can be considered.

7. Which are the financial institutions that have approved the project?
Several leading financial institutions like ICICI, HDFC, Bank of Baroda have pre-approved the project

8. What are the agreements to be done and when after booking a unit in Alliance Bougainvillea?
“Agreement of Sale” and “Agreement of Construction”. Within 20 days from the date of booking.

9. What are the charges for transfer of the unit?
Transfer fee is 2%

10. What is the schedule of the payment to be made? Are the payments linked to construction progress?
