Position	Description
GM – Finance & Company Secretary	12+ years of experience CA + CS with fund raising and fund management experience.
Senior Manager– Accounts	12+ years of experience CA + CS with fund raising and fund management experience.
GM – Land Acquisition	Candidate should be a graduate with 10+ years of experience with a reputed real estate company. Experienced in identification, negotiation and registration of large properties for development.
Executives – Land Acquisition	Candidate should be a graduate with 2+ years of experience with a reputed real estate company. Experienced in identification, coordination, negotiation and registration of large properties for development.
Manager – Liaison	Candidate should be graduate with 5 years experience in liaison which involves Lease Agreement, clearance & approval from government authorities.
Executives – Marketing (Bangalore, Chennai)	Graduate with at least 2-4 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. The candidate should have computer knowledge & good command over written & spoken English. Should be self motivated and target oriented besides a go-getter. The position is open for both male & female candidates.
Front Office Executives	Candidate should have 1 to 2 years experience. Graduate with a pleasant disposition and fluency in communication and telephone etiquette.
Project Engineers (Bangalore, Chennai)	Graduate in Civil Engineering with 6-8 years experience in construction of high rise residential and commercial building with reputed companies.
Sr. Site Engineers (Bangalore, Chennai)	Graduate/diploma in Civil Engineering with 4-8 years experience out of which a minimum of 2 years in construction of residential and commercial building with reputed companies.
Site Engineers (Bangalore, Chennai)	Graduate/diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years experience in construction of residential/commercial building with reputed companies.
Executives – Customer Relations (Bangalore, Chennai)	Candidate should be a graduate with 2+ years in real estate industry in the similar role. Graduates, preferably in Civil Engineers with 2 to 4 years in CRM. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be persuasive and result oriented. Non Engineering Graduates with MBA in Sales/Marketing having exceptional track record could also be considered
Architects (Bangalore, Chennai)	Candidate should be a B.Arch/M.Arch with more than 5 years of experience in planning & designing of residential and commercial projects. Should be up-to-date with the latest materials used for finishing and thorough in the latest sanitary and electrical fittings and fixtures.
