Mr. MANOJ
NAMBURU
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Namburu brings with him 15 years
of professional experience along with
an extensive network and goodwill serving
customers with high levels of ethics
and integrity. He has lived and worked
in the US for 10 years. Prior to founding
Alliance, Mr. Namburu was the Founder
of Magma Consulting Inc. based in Pleasanton,
California, USA, where he has spent
a significant amount of time helping
clients improve their bottom lines through
the adaptation of emerging technologies.
In this role Mr. Namburu will define
the group's vision and management strategies.
He will help the organisation keep itself
firmly focussed and committed to its
delivery of quality to customers and
to the organisational values and mission.
Mr. Namburu is the author of the much
sought after book 'Moguls of Real Estate'. |

Mr. SUNEEL BOMMIREDDY
Executive
Director
Mr. Bommireddy heads Strategic Finance
and Asset Acquisitions. He holds a Civil
Engineering degree from SV University.
In 11 years experience as a civil engineering
consultant, Mr. Bommireddy has executed
several large apartment complexes, several
independent houses and processing plants. |

Director – Finance & Corporate Affairs
Retired as the Executive Director of Syndicate Bank with business of Rs.74, 000 crores. Functioned as Chairman & Managing Director of Syndicate Bank from Sep 2004 to Jan 2005.
Known for excellent skills in establishing, developing and maintaining financial sector businesses like banking, mutual funds. Instrumental in creating highly motivated team at Syndicate Bank and Canara Bank. Handled diversified Portfolios over a period of 36 years in Canara Bank & Syndicate Bank in various capacities in states like Maharashtra, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Delhi, Haryana and traveled extensively across the country and abroad. |

Mr. H S CHANDRASEKHAR
CEO-Technical
Mr. H S Chandrasekhar is the CEO. He
has 43 years of experience in the construction
industry and is today one of the most
highly respected civil engineers in
India. He was All India Head of L&T's
Property Development Division. One of
the landmark projects he has executed
while at L&T was "South City",
a 400 crore housing project. He has
been the CEO-Technical of M/s Adarsh
Developers and executed pioneering projects
such as Palm Meadows and Adarsh Vista.
Prior to that he has headed the Prestige
Group as its Technical Head and executed
some fine buildings. He has also headed
the South India operations of Raheja
Development Corporation and has executed
landmark buildings such as Raheja Towers,
Raheja Arcade & Raheja Chambers.
In this role Mr. H S Chandrasekhar will
define the company's execution and growth
strategy. |

Mr. A R P RAMAN
Vice
President - Marketing & Sales
Mr. A.R.P. Raman is a winner of the
prestigious Rashtriya Ektha Award. A
national award presented to men and
women for their outstanding achievements
and service to the industry. He has
over 27 years of experience in Sales
and Marketing. In the role of Vice President
- Marketing & Sales, he is responsible
for product planning, product marketing
and customer support activities of the
organisation. He held the role of Head
of Marketing of M/S Adarsh Developers.
As the head of Marketing at Adarsh Developers,
he was vital in conceiving and marketing
large-scale housing projects like Palm
Meadows. |

Mr. G D ARORA
General
Manager Finance
Mr. Arora is a Chartered Accountant
with over 25 years of rich experience
in Finance and Accounts. Prior to joining
Alliance he was working as General Manager
Finance with Gujarat Industries Power
Company Limited (555 MW Power Generating
company with a turn over exceeding Rs.
1000 crores). He has also worked in
senior positions with Reliance, Hindustan
Petroleum, CMS Computers and Topaz Blade. |

Mr. K SRIRAM
Head - Corporate
Communications & PR
Mr. Sriram has 36 years active experience
in Journalism and Corporate Communications.
He has carried out challenging, diverse
and responsible assignments for front-ranking
national English dailies like The Hindustan
Times, The Indian Express, The Tribune
and the corporate house of ModiCorp.
These include responsibilities as Editor,
Resident Editor, Special Correspondent,
Chief of Bureau and GM - Corporate Communications.
Sriram has handled Media & PR campaigns
for a variety of clients ranging from
international media baron Rupert Murdoch
to ITC Wills Sport and Scandinavian
Airlines System to All India Management
Association among others. As a senior
journalist, he mentored scores of younger
colleagues, guiding them at crucial
stages of their careers. Today he enjoys
tremendous credibility, respect and
goodwill of the journalistic fraternity. |

Mr. SHEKAR CHANDRASHEKAR
Chief Operating Officer- Capital
Land Assets Mr. Shekar, brings
with him more than 20 years experience
in Strategic Human Resources Management
and Organisational Development. He
has supported multi-billion dollar
business establishments in achieving
organisational objectives. Prior to
joining Alliance Group, he was the
Head of Human Resources for five countries
- India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal
and Bhutan with American Power Conversion,
a US $ 2 billion US Multinational.
Previous employments include a long
stint of 7 years at General Electric,
where among his various accomplishments,
had made himself to the cover of Fortune
in a cover story in the year 1992.
Before being promoted as the "COO"
of Capital Land Assets at Alliance
Group until recently, he was the Head
of Human Resources and Operations
at Alliance.

T.K. Vibhaker
Chief Operating
Officer-Alliance Broadcasting
T.K.Vibhaker, has a fifteen-year track record in the Broadcasting Industry. Before joining the Alliance Team, Mr. Vibhaker was the Sales Director for South Asia of the Thailand-based Shin Satellite Plc. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Indiavision, the first round- the-clock News and Current Affairs television channel of Kerala and was responsible for setting up the entire infrastructure, including its earth station in Kochi. He also launched a second channel, “Indiavision Music”, and set up the group’s gulf operations out of Media City in Dubai. He was the Vice President of Asianet Communications Private Limited, India’s first regional language television channel. He played a pivotal role in setting up its operations. He also initiated and networked Asianet’s News operations. Earlier, Mr. Vibhaker was engaged for over five years with the Menon Group of companies, in the former Soviet Union and Europe as its General Manager. He began his career in sales and marketing in the mid seventies with Johnson & Johnson Ltd., then shifted to NEYCER and moved on to Bahrain where he was with the Unilever venture, BTTC.
