Manoj Namburu brings with him 18 years of professional experience along with an extensive network and goodwill serving customers with high levels of ethics and integrity. He has lived and worked in the US for 10 years. Prior to founding Alliance, Mr. Namburu was the CEO of Magma Consulting Inc. based in Pleasanton, California, USA, where he has spent a significant amount of time helping clients improve their bottom lines through the adaptation of emerging technologies.

In his current role as “Chairman and Managing Director of Alliance Group, Namburu will define the group’s vision and management strategies. He will help the organisation keep itself firmly focussed and committed to its delivery of quality to customers and to the organisational values and mission. Namburu is the author of the much sought after book “Moguls of Real Estate and is currently authoring a book titled “CommunoCapitalism” which is due to be released in 2011.  The unique writing skill of Namburu helps effortlessly decipher any complex subject into an easy read. 

Mr Namburu is also the proud recipient of the Economic Times Ace Tech award for “Leaders of Indian Infrastructure and Construction”, which recognised him for his contribution towards the Indian real estate industry.

Mr. SUNEEL BOMMIREDDY
Executive Director

Mr. Bommireddy heads Strategic Finance and Asset Acquisitions. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from SV University. In 14 years experience as a civil engineering consultant, Mr. Bommireddy has executed several large apartment complexes, several independent houses and processing plants.

KAMALLAKAR SHET
Director

Retired as the Executive Director of Syndicate  Bank with business of Rs.74, 000 crores. Functioned as Chairman & Managing Director of Syndicate Bank from Sep 2004  to Jan 2005.

Known for excellent skills in establishing, developing and maintaining financial sector businesses like banking, mutual funds. Instrumental in creating highly motivated team at Syndicate Bank and Canara Bank. Handled diversified Portfolios over a period of 36 years in Canara Bank & Syndicate Bank in various capacities in states like Maharashtra, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Delhi, Haryana and traveled extensively across the country and abroad.

Mr. RAVINDRANATH SINGH
GM-HR & Administration

Ravindranath Singh brings with him 28 years of varied professional experience, particularly in HR management and Administration. This includes successful stints with consumer durable companies and MNCs like Yokogawa India Ltd, real estate firms like Skyline Construction & Housing and event management organizations where he headed the HR, PR, Operations & Administration functions.  He is a graduate with a PG degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a proven track record of strong man-management skills, especially in building effective corporate teams. With a rich hands-on experience in staff recruitment, training, assessment and appraisals, Ravi has also been involved in the launch, business development and operations of pioneering coffee café chains, Cheers & Kalmane Coffees in Bangalore. Before entering the corporate world, he served the Indian Air Force in several responsible administrative functions with distinction.
