Alliance Group is looking for a

  1. GM – Campaign (Branding)
  2. Manager – Campaign (Branding) for its corporate office at Chennai.

GM – Campaign (Branding)- Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle a team of Brand Managers, Content Writer and Graphic Designers for all communication and creative needs.
  2. Plan and create campaigns in discussion with the Project Marketing Managers on a monthly basis.
  3. Create a set of Digital creative to be used depicting the various USP of the projects.
  4. Liaison with the creative agency to generate campaign ideas and get the creative routes for management approval post correction/ modifications at his level.
  5. Create various modes of customer communications like SMS/ Whatsapp Nudges/ IM/ product videos/ emailers to be given to the Pre Sales and Sales teams for continuous communication with the customers.
  6. To create internal communication along with along with the HR team for internal brand building.
  7. Handle the PR agency and ensure regular Blogs/ bytes are provided to be published.
  8. Every quarter should ensure to have a Top Management and Media interaction to increase company visibility.

Who should apply?

  1. MBA from a reported institute with around 15-20 years of work experience in marketing.
  2. Must have worked in E Commerce/ FMCG/ FMCD / Food and Travel/ Retail industry.
  3. Real Estate experience is added advantage but not mandatory.
  4. Must have handled large launch campaigns.
  5. Understanding and experience of creating Brand Propositions and delivering Brand alignment and governance across an organisation
  6. Experience in overseeing creative and media resources either in-house or working with specialist marketing suppliers large AD agencies for research, video production print and media planning and buying.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
  8. Must have experience of working with PR agencies
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Manager – Campaign (Branding) – Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Should assist the GM Brand for creating campaigns for various projects.
  2. When the GM Brand is involved in any major campaign take complete ownership of regular campaigns and creative for other projects.
  3. Should sit with the in-house designers to create quick turnaround of digital creative and adaptations of the main campaign.
  4. Should be able to handle the media buying in terms of Print/ Radio/ TVC for the campaigns at the best negotiated rate.
  5. Should visit the Project offices regularly and sit with the Project Managers to understand the communication needs of the project and convert the same into relevant briefs for the AD agency.

Who should apply?

  1. Marketing professional with 8-10 years of experience of which 1 or years in Real Estate is added advantage.
  2. Should have worked on new product launches.
  3. Must have handled creative agencies for campaign creation.
  4. Should be able to ideate on new creative ideas.
  5. Should have supervised graphic designers.
  6. Should have handled print, radio and television ad space purchase.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
