Alliance Group is looking for HR Generalist for our Corporate Office in Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Co-ordinating the Quarterly and Annual Goal Setting & Performance Appraisal process and ensuring the One-on-One performance discussions are happening every quarter and action-plans for improvement are documented by all appraisers.
  2. Co-ordinating & ensuring the documenting the Competency Mapping, Development Planning exercise & Action plans discussed in Coaching reviews.
  3. On boarding employees, facilitating the Induction Programme and briefing them about company policies.
  4. Conducting Employee Engagement initiatives, Internal Employer branding initiatives, interacting with employees regularly and becoming their Employee Relations PoC within HR.
  5. Conducting exit Interviews, probing & finding reasons for voluntary separations and bringing issues to the notice of Director-HR for corrective action.
  6. Updating the HR policy Manual regularly and conducting communication sessions periodically at sites or on Zoom as a refresher on important company policies and procedures.
  7. Become a back-up for the Payroll, Compliance & HR Automation Specialist.

Who should apply?

  1. 3 to 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist with exposure to Performance Management, Competency Mapping, On boarding, HR Policy Communication, Operating the HR Module in ERP.
  2. Qualification: MBA in HR from good Business Schools
