Able to influence our Team Leaders to train our sales/telesales frontline staff and enable them to better execute their duties by sharpening their skills.
On job training/Induction training at regular intervals.
Conduct Training need and analysis and prepare training calendar for the entire team.
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
Trainers must be capable of counseling and coaching and improve performance our sales/telesales personnel.
Collaborating with management/Director HR to evaluate the company’s training requirements
Who should apply?
MBA with Certifications in Training (preferably from NIS Sparta or other good training institutions).
10 – 15 years’ experience in Sales/ Sales Training/Coaching (5 to 6 yrs experience in sales training/coaching Sales teams is mandatory).
