Sales Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and Delivery of Training programs for our Sales team and follow up of development goals to ensure that actual transformation happens.
  • Able to influence our Team Leaders to train our sales/telesales frontline staff and enable them to better execute their duties by sharpening their skills.
  • On job training/Induction training at regular intervals.
  • Conduct Training need and analysis and prepare training calendar for the entire team.
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Trainers must be capable of counseling and coaching and improve
    performance our sales/telesales personnel.
  • Collaborating with management/Director HR to evaluate the company’s training requirements

Who should apply? 

  • MBA with Certifications in Training (preferably from NIS Sparta or other good training institutions).
  • 10 – 15 years’ experience in Sales/ Sales Training/Coaching (5 to 6 yrs experience in sales training/coaching Sales teams is mandatory).
  • We are looking for a top-class trainer with experience in designing and delivering successful training programs for Sales frontline and Sales leadership team in a customer-facing direct sales organization.
  • Candidates should have significant sales & sales leadership experience before moving to Training.
  • Highly Energetic, Analytical and passion for training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Telesales Trainer
