As we are setting up more new projects and expanding our business in Chennai, we are looking for dynamic Sales Leaders to join our team.

Sr.Manager/ AGM Sales – Chennai – 5 Positions

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
  2. Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes.
  3. Responsible for Team’s Targets and achieve month on month sales.
  4. Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.
  5. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  6. Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
  7. Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
  8. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances.
  9. Able to train /mentor /coach/hire/retain and make his team perform.
  10. Place of work: Site as assigned

Who should apply?

  1. 10 – 15 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales.
  2. Handling a sales members of 5 – 8 people in direct sales
  3. Good people management skill.
  4. Place of work: Site as assigned.
  5. Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  6. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
