Developing, Enhancing, implementing comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to fulfil all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.

Desired /Key Skills:
20+ years’ experience in Real Estate industry handling high volumes and larger teams & Team Managers
At Least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate of which – “minimum 3 years of experience in GULF real estate market”
Must be a go-getter and has a track record of managing large teams and large volume sales
Must have been with a real estate organisation which has a large volume of product.
Candidates must be A “HANDS ON LEADER” who is “HIGHLY ANALYTICAL” AND “DETAIL ORIENTED”
Qualification preferred: Engineering degree with an MBA
Place of work: Dubai, UAE. Will handle sales workforce from Qatar and Saudi too.
